Shipping policy

Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us with the tracking ID sent to us on the same email thread.

Processing Time:  The product will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Exceptions: If you have received a defective product, share images at hello@knide.com
and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved from our end, you are eligible to select the same item or a new one from our website. The alternative exchange item should be of equal or greater value. If the desired item is of greater value, the price difference needs to be paid online through the link sent to you on email by hello@knide.com

Additional Notes: Shipping costs for the initial purchase are non-refundable. Any discounts applied to the original purchase will be carried over to the exchange.
